Are you an experienced Civil Work Planner with an eye for detail and a passion for infrastructure and public space? Do you want to contribute to leading new development and redevelopment projects within a municipal organization? Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing?

As a Civil Engineering Work Planner, you will support civil project managers in the preparation, execution, and handover of various projects. These include the development and preparation of residential areas, industrial zones, urban redevelopment plans, and infrastructure projects.

Your tasks will include:

• Collaborating with urban planners to design public spaces;

• Creating land transaction drawings for legal departments;

• Drafting civil engineering drawings using CAD software such as Microstation;

• Preparing RAW specifications and other project documentation.

Requirements

• Meets the stated implementation conditions;

• Brings their own laptop/iPad and mobile phone with an active subscription ("bring your own device");

• Holds valid professional and business liability insurance with coverage of at least the project value;

• Available for 24–36 hours per week;

• Has at least a completed MBO level 4 education in Civil Engineering or Construction;

• Has at least 2 years of proven experience as a civil engineering draftsman/work planner.
