CAD Engineer Building Services

As a CAD Engineer in Building Services, you play a key role in designing and developing technical installations. You are responsible for creating accurate drawings and models of HVAC, sanitary, and electrical installations. Additionally, you work closely with project managers, work preparers, and technicians to ensure the quality and feasibility of the designs.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and modeling technical installations using CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Preparing and managing technical drawings and project documentation.

• Translating technical specifications and client requirements into executable designs.

• Identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

• Collaborating with the project team to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of installations.

• Supporting the development and implementation of BIM models (if applicable).

What do you bring?

• A completed technical education (preferably in building services, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering).

• Experience with CAD software such as Revit, or similar.

• Knowledge of building services and/or construction is a strong advantage.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• A team player who works solution-oriented and meets deadlines.
