Job description

Are you eager to play a crucial role in the Verification, Validation, and Acceptance (VV&A) process for a high-profile project? We are looking for skilled Systems Verification Engineers to join our team and ensure project requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

Job requirements

Key responsibilities

As a Systems Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Test & Integration teams and other engineers to support requirements engineering and verification & validation (V&V) efforts.

  • Defining a comprehensive set of system requirements, breaking down overarching rules into specific system-level requirements.

  • Ensuring traceability by linking system requirements to relevant documentation, defining verification cases (VeCs) within the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), and specifying test cases (TeCs) for physical validation.

  • Implementing the correct Means of Compliance and providing documented proof of adherence.

  • Engaging with customers to align system specifications, refine the VCRM, and contribute to the structured acceptance process.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, coupled with expertise in designing and developing high-tech complex systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and Systems Engineering methodologies.

  • Experience with the VV&A process, particularly within regulated environments.

  • A background in working on dynamic, high-complexity projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of Good Engineering Practices, with a keen awareness of quality and budget considerations.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Dutch and German skills are a plus.

  • A proven professional track record, as a security screening is required.

  • EU citizenship and passport are mandatory. Candidates holding an EU (work) visa or dual EU/non-EU nationality are not eligible due to the defense-related nature of our projects.
