Apply
You are applying for one of our vacancies. Within a few days you will hear whether we invite you for an interview.

Introductory interview
During this interview we will discuss who you are, who we are and go into detail about the position.

Proposal
Do we see a match? Then a proposal will follow and you will have one or two more interviews with the client's project managers.

Offer
After the feedback between the client and lindemol, an offer follows and you can start working on your first project.
Terms of employment
Salary
Salary depends on your position.
26 vacation days
You will receive 26 vacation days per year and 8% vacation allowance.
Pension
We pay 2/3 of your pension.
Secondary benefits
The fringe benefits will be determined by mutual agreement.
The project process

First project
When you join lindemol you will start working on your first project.

Project is completed
When your project is completed, we will work together to find a suitable next project.

Follow-up interview
Have we found a suitable project? Then you will have a follow-up interview with the client's project managers.

Placement
After the interviews with the client, you will be placed and can start working on your new project.

Do I work within a collective bargaining agreement?
No, you work within the terms and conditions of employment in lindemol's employee handbook.
Can I work remote/hybrid?
That depends on the client and the project you will be working for.
