As a Coordinator Configuration Changes, at Lindemol Engineering you will join the Configuration Management process, ensuring seamless coordination between technical and administrative aspects. You will play a crucial role in overseeing change management activities, ensuring that all requirements are clearly documented, analyzed, and implemented with minimal impact on ongoing operations. Acting as a central link between customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and classification societies, you will ensure that all changes are managed efficiently from initiation to final implementation.

As a Coordinator Configuration Changes, your main responsibilities will include:

• Initiating, documenting, and managing engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Conducting impact analyses and verifying appropriate levels of change management.

• Tracking progress, facilitating communication, and coordinating between key stakeholders.

• Organizing and leading Change Board meetings, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-ups.

• Developing and monitoring change implementation plans, ensuring clear execution and alignment across departments.

• Finalizing and closing changes after successful implementation and verification.

• Providing support to the document control team when needed.

To succeed as a Coordinator Configuration Changes, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a strong focus on administrative tasks within a technical and complex environment.

• A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to efficiently complete tasks and support colleagues.

• A solid understanding of naval engineering principles and processes.

• Knowledge of configuration management and change control methodologies.

• Experience handling administrative tasks in a PDM system for complex projects and products.

• The ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple applications and sources.

• A keen eye for detail, with strong organizational skills, resilience, social awareness, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with German language skills considered an advantage.

• Strong references, as a security screening is required as part of the hiring process.
