Your Role as a BIM Modeler in Building Services Engineering

Are you a creative technician with a passion for building services engineering and BIM? As a BIM Modeler, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing technical installations within challenging projects. Using the latest BIM software, you work closely with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to create high-quality and sustainable installations.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and refine 3D models for mechanical and/or electrical installations.

• Coordinate and align designs with other disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.

• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.

• Optimize design and workflow processes within BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.

• Actively contribute to innovation and sustainability within projects.

• Support colleagues with technical expertise and BIM knowledge.

What Do You Bring?

• A completed technical education (MBO+/HBO) in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of standards and regulations in building services engineering (e.g., NEN, ISSO, NPR).

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
